Step Two: Return supporting documents requested. Click Step two for a list of Documents
Step Three: We qualify you for a variety of loan programs. If you are looking at a Fannie Mae Foreclosure we will also qualify you for Homepath. Homepath is the special financing just for Fannie Mae foreclosures. We will email your prequal letter to your agent and the listing agent.
Step Four: In Contract? Let’s get moving
Step Five: Time to go to Underwriting. We collected all your documents in step two. Once we have the prelim and fully executed contract we can submit to Underwriting. Our underwriting will review the file and issue loan approval in 72 hours or less.
Step Six: Closing. Time to sign loan documents
Step Seven: Congratulations you are officially the owner of the property.
